Our Heavy Capacity team knows truck scales. QualCal takes a proactive approach in service to minimize downtime and costly repairs. Within our Heavy capacity fleet QualCal has a mobile power washing unit to assist in the cleaning and maintenance of your equipment. It is important to make sure the scales are clean and free of dirt and debris prior to testing and making adjustment decisions that could be costly to the customer. Our Heavy capacity unit is equipped with an onboard welder, generator, torches, parts, and the necessary tools to handle any fabrication and repairs that become necessary while we are onsite.
Scale Cleaning & Pressure Washing
Truck scales require regular maintenance and servicing in order to operate at peak performance. Key elements of this preventative maintenance is cleaning and pressure washing debris and build up from underneath the scale. We offer full service scale maintenance that includes pressure washing across Texas and bordering states.
