From Analytical scales to truck scales QualCal services all of your weighing equipment needs. Included in our Scale Service Department are Balances, Bench Scales, Truck Scales, Hopper Scales, Tank Scales, Check Weigh Scales, Forklift Scales, Belt Scales, and all associated peripherals.

QualCal understands downtime is the most expensive cost of service. We are outfitted to provide a high level preventive maintenance and calibration service to reduce your downtime and increase your uptime. We offer 24/7 onsite service when you need and where you need us. Same day response is our philosophy.

QualCal has a full power washing unit that ensures your truck scale is clean prior to being calibrated. This ensures that all adjustments needed are NOT compensating for dirt or debris that could be affecting your scales accuracy. Heavy capacity calibrations and repairs are one of the many services QualCal Scale department offers.

QualCal has a fleet of fully equipped service vehicles carrying NIST traceable KG and LB kits along with Heavy Capacity Weight Trucks with State calibrated weight carts allowing for fast and accurate calibrations.

Metrology

For Dimensional, Electrical, Liquid, Mechanical, Time & Frequency, Mass & Force, Pressure and Welding, QualCal is your Metrology Company. All Calibrations are traceable to NIST in accordance with ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 10012 and ISO 9001.

With our fleet of fully equipped service vehicles, we are also able offer on-site services.

Pick-Up and Delivery

QualCal Metrology offers free pick-up and delivery for customers within the DFW Metroplex, and provides service for companies outside of this area for a nominal fee.

In-House Calibration

Precision calibration services are performed at our Fort Worth headquarters under stringent quality procedures. We maintain a laboratory which includes an environmentally controlled dedicated space.

On-Site Calibration

If advantageous to your business, we will gladly perform our high quality Calibration at your facility. The entire Calibration program will be handled by our staff from scheduling to document delivery. This helps Minimize downtime, improve convenience, flexible in scheduling and eliminates cost and risk of damage during shipment.

Turnaround

QualCal delivers 3-5 working day turnaround on all calibrations. Expedited turnaround is available for a nominal fee.
